1️⃣ RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Main Bhi Cockroach, every product is made-to-order and printed on demand specifically for you. Because of this, our return and refund policy is different from standard retail. Please read carefully before placing your order.

1. Made-to-Order Products — No Returns for Change of Mind

As each item is custom-printed only after you place the order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

• Change of mind after receiving the product
• Incorrect size selected by the customer (please refer to our Size Guide before ordering)
• Slight variation in print color from screen display (due to monitor calibration differences)
• Personal preference regarding fit, fabric feel, or design aesthetics

We strongly encourage customers to review the size chart, product images, and description carefully before placing an order.

2. When We Will Accept a Return or Replacement

We will offer a free replacement or full refund in the following cases:

• Manufacturing defect — stitching issues, fabric tear, print peeling/cracking on first wash
• Wrong product delivered — incorrect design, size, or color than what was ordered
• Damaged in transit — product arrives torn, stained, or visibly damaged
• Missing items — your order is incomplete

3. How to Raise a Return / Refund Request

To be eligible for a return or refund:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your-email@domain.com] or WhatsApp [+91-XXXXXXXXXX]
2. Provide your order ID, photos, and an unboxing/opening video clearly showing the defect or wrong product
3. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact

⚠️ Without an unboxing video, claims for damaged or wrong-product delivery cannot be processed. This is non-negotiable as it's required by our courier partners for compensation claims.

4. Return Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved (within 2–3 business days):

• We will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner from the original delivery address
• The product will be inspected at our facility once received
• After verification, your replacement will be dispatched OR your refund will be initiated (per your preference)

If reverse pickup is not available at your pin code, we will request you to self-ship the product, and shipping charges (up to ₹150) will be reimbursed.

5. Refund Timeline

Once the returned product is received and verified at our facility:

For COD refunds, customers must share their bank account details (account holder name, account number, IFSC) via email after the refund is approved.

6. Order Cancellation

• Before dispatch: Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them by emailing or messaging our support team. A full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• After production starts (after 6 hours): Cancellation is not possible as production has already begun.
• After dispatch: Cancellation is not possible. You may refuse the delivery, but COD handling charges and forward shipping charges will be non-refundable.

7. Refused / Undelivered COD Orders

If a Cash on Delivery order is refused at delivery or returned undelivered due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or unreachable contact, no refund is applicable as the order is COD. Customers showing repeated RTO behavior may be permanently blocked from placing COD orders in the future.

8. Partial Returns

If your order contains multiple items and only some are defective, you can request a partial return/refund for only the affected items. Other products in the same order are non-returnable.

9. Items Not Eligible for Return

• Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Products without original tags, packaging, or proof of purchase
• Products reported after 48 hours of delivery
• Personalized/custom-name products (if applicable)

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice; the price displayed at the time of order placement is final
• We accept payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (where available)
• COD orders carry an additional ₹50 handling fee
• In case of payment failure or discrepancy, the order may be cancelled and the amount refunded as per our Refund Policy

6. Order Acceptance

• Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase, not a confirmed sale
• We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including (but not limited to) cases of:
