SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Main Bhi Cockroach. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and deliver your orders across India.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are made-to-order and printed on demand. Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we begin production immediately.
- Production time: 2–3 business days
- Order confirmation: You will receive an email/SMS confirmation immediately after placing the order
- Dispatch notification: A tracking link will be sent to your registered email/phone once your order is shipped
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
We ship pan-India through reputed courier partners. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Total time from order to delivery: 4–12 business days depending on location.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, festivals, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹599
- ₹49 standard shipping on prepaid orders below ₹599
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders carry an additional ₹50 handling fee, irrespective of order value
Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available across most pin codes in India, subject to courier serviceability
- A handling fee of ₹50 applies to all COD orders
- COD availability is automatically checked at checkout based on your pin code
- Customers are requested to keep exact cash ready at the time of delivery
- We reserve the right to refuse COD service to pin codes with high return-to-origin (RTO) rates or repeat order cancellations
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can track your shipment in real time using the link or directly on the courier partner's website.
If you don't receive tracking details within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at the support details below.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are accurate before placing the order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Address change requests must be raised within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing our support team. Once an order is dispatched, the shipping address cannot be modified.
7. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on production schedules. You will receive separate tracking links for each shipment. No additional shipping charges apply.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners typically make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails on all 3 attempts due to:
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept the package
- Incorrect address or unreachable contact number
the order will be returned to us as RTO (Return to Origin). For prepaid orders, a refund will be processed after deducting forward and reverse shipping charges. For COD orders, no refund is applicable. Repeat RTO customers may be blocked from future COD orders.
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the rare event your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Damaged on arrival: Record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. A replacement or refund will be processed after verification.
- Lost in transit: If your tracking status remains unchanged for more than 10 business days post-dispatch, contact our support team. We will coordinate with the courier and issue a replacement or refund.
10. International Shipping
We currently ship only within India. International orders are not accepted at this time.
11. GST & Invoicing
All product prices listed on our website are inclusive of GST. A tax invoice will be sent to your registered email along with the order confirmation.
